I’m Ashley Magliocco the owner/stylist of Valor Salon. I have been a stylist since 2002. Working in the industry brings me to life. The way I see a client smile when we update their style or perfect the one they have is priceless. Growing with them is something I will forever be grateful for.
Opening Valor was always a dream of mine. Creating a space where people feeling comfortable and can embrace the always-changing industry is my priority.
We offer our clients the finest service and top of the line products our industry has to offer. Always staying up to date on new techniques and education is essential to staying current and being able to provide elevated service to our clients.

I have been in the hair industry since 2014. I am continuously growing and learning more about the industry every day. Education gives me so much joy; each class I take reminds me that I’ve chosen the right path. I value learning the newest techniques and latest trends to give the best quality service to my clients. I specialize in lived-in balayage/highlighting. I love creating a customized color to express my client’s individual personality. I want to create a space where you can let your inner beauty shine. I also specialize in wedding hair & Men’s cuts!
Jennaca Gentile
I’ve been working in the industry for 8 years now. I love the constant learning and staying up to date with all the latest trends.
I specialize in Hand-tied extensions. They give you the ability to add volume or length. It is also a great way to make someone feel more comfortable and confident about themselves.
I also specialize in weddings on location or in salon. To be apart of a special day like that is a great honor for me. I want everyone to feel beautiful and have a style that lasts all day long.
Last but not least I love all color. From a regular touch up to corrective work. My main goal with all hair color is to keep your hair healthy but to still achieve the goal you want.

Hi, I’m Jessica. I am a growing stylist at Valor salon. I have been very passionate about this industry since a young age. I specialize in highlighting, balayage , and vivid colors. I’m always attending classes to learn new techniques. Staying up to date on latest trends to give my clients the most current styles. Seeing a client smile when they leave is the most rewarding moment of the day.
